If you’re staying over night with someone I’d say pack a weekender bag and only bring the necessities. I pack a medium sized makeup bag with the essentials: foundation, foundation brush, blush, blush brush, bronzer, bronzer brush, a small eye palette, and lipstick & gloss. I put my necessary toiletries in the travel bottles for flights and always have a few of them stashed under my bathroom counter for impromptu getaways. I try to bring accessories and outfits that can be mixed and matched with staples like a little black dress or a black skirt.

You have to remind yourself that this body is the only one you’ll get and although it’s not perfect, it’s yours and you are free to do what you want with it and look how you want. If you’re feeling down in the dumps go get a makeover at a beauty counter or buy yourself a cute outfit. Tell yourself that you are sexy, look in the mirror at your own body and believe it.

You can’t convince anyone else that you’re sexy unless you believe it yourself!
