Click click click…. and that’s the last he’ll hear of me. Another pair of over priced shoes attached to a another done up body in this over priced hotel, making their way to the door and down the flight of steps… The city air feels cool against my hot skin and I breathe in the freedom…. The freedom of being able to afford anything I want in the windows of these stores, the freedom to take no shit from a boss cracking a whip for a company that’s main concern is how to make as much money as possible. I’m not another cog in the machine, I am the machine. I am my own creation. I rub my Russian Red lips together and contemplate my new problem…. So.much.money.so.little.time.
“Sweatpants are a sign of defeat. You lost control of your life so you bought some sweatpants.”
Fuck you Karl Lagerfeld, sweatpants are not a sign of defeat. They make cute ones such as yoga pants that make boys drool. Sweatpants don’t mean you’re giving up, they mean that you’re chilling. It’s not a rule anywhere that women have to look glamorous 24/7. We are not here solely to please men every second wearing LBDs and Louboutin heels while we’re grocery shopping, at the gym, or at a yoga class. Every girl should buy some sweatpants and stop taking advice from some plastic old man with eye blinding white hair.

If you need an excuse to buy a pair.
I would say specific things but if one of my friends/family members were to stumble on here it’d be pretty obvious to have all signs point to me. I’ve gotten a lot of clothing that I value, some of it was expensive but others are just really cool, unique pieces I found at locally owned boutiques from vacations with various SDs which make it memorable. I have a few designer purses I love, one in particular that is my all time favorite. I have some designer shoes that cost over 800 dollars for a pair…. Glamourous things I’ve always wanted but couldn’t afford otherwise.
I just really like gifts, I like being spoiled, I like going into a store and coming out with bags stuffed to the brim of everything I wanted… I can’t help it.
I’ve always been one of those girls that wears whatever I want and I buy things because I like them, not because they’re in style at the moment. I have my own sense of style :)
I’m sitting here eating Godiva chocolates sugar daddy #2 bought me for Valentine’s day and tapping my freshly painted nails that match the soles of my new Louboutins on the side of my also new computer. The sugar life has some serious cons but right now I’m going to just be a materialistic bitch and smile.
