I’ve lost 10 pounds.
That’s a pretty big deal. I’ve been working out regularly lately with a personal trainer and have been taking Pilates classes. Losing ten pounds is a pretty big deal for me considering that’s basically all the extra fat I had on my body! So, go me.
Do you girls have set workout plans/ workout goals? I think Tumblr has helped me stay on track and get motivated with all the fitness and diet blogs on here. I’ve tried some kickass healthy recipes (who knew those existed?) lately from here and a few other websites so I’ll have to share one or two of my faves soon.
